Health

TLS provides various options for health insurance for eligible employees after 60-days, and also provides a “benefit dollar” stipend for eligible employees after two years of employment.

At TLS we have a bonus share program called Stake in the Outcome (SIO) The SIO Game Share is a financial reward for participating in the Great Game of Business and is designed to affect the company’s critical number. Store discount
